The ULTEM Resin family of amorphous thermoplastic polyetherimide (PEI) resins offers outstanding elevated thermal resistance, high strength and stiffness, and broad chemical resistance. Ultem has high mechanical properties and performs in continuous use to 340 °F (170 °C) . ULTEM has a high glass transition temperature of 217 °C with a melting temperature between 345 to 400°C
CARBON & Glass FIBER
Use a wide range of fibers and thermoplastic matrices to boost mechanical properties. Glass and carbon fiber are the most common and universal types of fiber used to reinforce plastics.

PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance engineering plastic with outstanding resistance to harsh chemicals, and excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability. PEEK has a glass transition temperature of around 143 °C (289 °F) and melts around 343 °C (662 °F).
HDPE
HDPE is the sturdiest and most inflexible type of polyethylene within polyethylene applications. It’s sturdy and moderately tough character can be used for a wide range of applications. HDPE offers excellent impact resistance, a light weight, low moisture absorption, and a high tensile strength. Additionally, HDPE is also non-toxic and non-staining.
For common commercial grades of medium- and high-density polyethylene the melting point is typically in the range 120 to 180 °C (248 to 356 °F).

Using low cost help in place of expensive base resins can reduce the cost of polymers while improving the mechanical properties. These formulations are both good for the environment and the community.
BIOMASS HYBRIDS
Using low cost biomass in place of expensive base resins can reduce the cost of polymers while maintaining or improving the mechanical properties. By utilizing local agricultural byproducts to replace petroleum feedstock, these formulations are both good for the environment and the community.
